The County Inn

A pub serving food with Sky TV and a garden in Peebles.

Bang in the centre of Peebles, The County Inn was an early-18th century stopping-off point for coaches leaving Edinburgh and retains its historic charm and character to this day. The warren of cosy rooms with names such as the Library and the Wee Snug means everyone can find their own corner to settle down in. As a result, it's popular with locals year-round, tourists in summer and a broad mix of families, pensioners, students and sports fans. It's the biggest pub in Peebles and also the friendliest, priding itself on traditional hospitality and great service.
