Lee and Debbie are chef proprietors of The White Lion and they have both been in the catering trade for nearly thirty years. Lee started his career at The Royal Angus Hotel in Birmingham and went on to become second chef at The Tidesreach Hotel in Salcombe, Devon. Since then they have lived and worked together in a number of places across the British Isles including Guernsey and the Isle of Mull. More recently they joined the kitchen team of the newly built Wolverhampton Wanderers Football Stadium and Lee opened and ran the Sir Jacks restaurant. Why not come down and pay us a visit!
