Parish Bitter 4.0

If you are looking for a traditional Pale Ale, this is the beer you have been looking for! Light in strength but full of flavour.

Tasting Notes: The slightly fruity bitterness is characteristic of the local Fuggles and Goldings hops used at various stages of the kettle boil. Their in-house yeast serves to enhance the Wood’s taste.

Quaff 3.7

Pale and refreshing light bitter with a clean, hoppy finish.

Tasting Notes:

Shropshire Lad 4.5

First brewed in 1996 to celebrate the centenary of the first publication of a Shropshire Lad by A. E. Housman, this 4.5% premium bitter was an instant hit.

Tasting Notes: Pale, Crystal and Chocolate malts combine to give a sweetish draught followed by a subtle bitterness and fruity overtones from the infusion of traditional Fuggles and Goldings hops from the neighbouring hop fields of Herefordshire and Worcestershire.

Shropshire Lass 4.1

Following many requests for a golden ale to complement the strong and traditional virtues of Shropshire Lad, they created this blonde stunner. At 4.0% the beer is lighter in strength as well as style.

Tasting Notes: Using Pale and Lager malts and Cascade and Mount Hood hops from Washington State this gorgeous blonde ale is overlaid with a lovely citrus aroma and grapefruit notes.

Wonderful 4.8

Mid brown, fruity beer, with a roast and malt taste.

Tasting Notes: Fruity, roasted, malty

Woodcutter 4.2
