Angel and Royal is a seasonal ale brewed for the Christmas season.

Tasting Notes: A very strong spicy dark ale - which tastes of all things Christmas.

Cast Theatre Ale 3.8

A Golden straw coloured beer made with lager and wheat malts using Cascade and Summit hops.

Tasting Notes: This beer has a citrusy aroma with a refreshing tangy bitter flavour.

Centenary Pale 4.1

Brewed for the celebration of the Centenary of the Diocese of Sheffield 1914 – 2014.

Tasting Notes: 

Centenniale 5.8

This is an American Pale Ale made with Vienna Malt and American Hops then dry hopped in the cask with Simcoe hops.

Tasting Notes: 

Charter Porter 5.5

Deep reddish brown, almost black in colour, made with Maris Otter pale, Dark Crystal, Black and Chocolate malt. Hopped using only East Kent Goldings.

Tasting Notes: A spicy earthy aroma with a slightly spicy bitter flavour and a slight hint of coffee/chocolate on the finish.

Cheswold Bitter 4.2

Deep copper in colour made using mainly Maris Otter malt among others and a single hop variety of East Kent Gouldings.

Tasting Notes: A fruity/spicy aroma with a lingering spicy bitter finish.

Copley 3.8

A golden straw coloured beer made with Lager and Wheat malts using Hallertauer Mittelfrüh hops.

Tasting Notes: Citrusy aroma with a refreshing gentle bitter flavour.

Crispinian 4.0

Crispinian is a nut brown ale brewed using brown ale malt. It has a dry liquorice finish.

Tasting Notes: Nutty, liquorice

First Aviation Pale Ale 5.0

A copper coloured beer made with Maris Otter pale malt and Caramalt using East Kent Goldings and Magnum hops.

Tasting Notes: A mild citrus aroma with a spicy bitter flavour.

Gold Cup Golden Ale 4.5

A traditional golden bitter made with Maris Otter and Light Crystal Malt, hopped using only East Kent Goldings.

Tasting Notes: Floral earthy in aroma with a slightly sweet spicy flavour.

K.O.Y.L.I 5.5

This brew was made with Yorkshire Green hops, Yorkshire Malt, Yorkshire Water, in Yorkshire by a Yorkshire man.

Tasting Notes: Mild hoppy flavour due to the green hops with a sweet finish. This beer has a chocolate/caramel aroma.

Mapfestivale 4.0

Dark blond in colour made with Lager, Vienna, Wheat and Crystal Wheat Malts. Infused with crushed coriander and hopped with East Kent Goulding and Pilot hops. Dry hopped with Cascade.

Tasting Notes: A refreshing citrusy/grapefruit flavour with a dry finish.

Mucky Bucket 5.0

Deep reddish brown in colour made with Maris Otter pale malt and Caramalt, finished with roast barley using East Kent Goldings, Cascade and Summit hops.

Tasting Notes: A spicy citrus aroma with a spicy grapefruit flavour and a slight hint of chocolate on the finish.

Sand House Blonde Ale 3.8

Golden straw coloured beer made with Lager and Wheat malts using Cascade and Summit hops.

Tasting Notes: Citrusy aroma with a refreshing tangy bitter flavour.

Silver Link 4.5

Blonde in colour, made with Lager Malt and Wheat Malt. Hopped using First Gold and Pilot hops.

Tasting Notes: A spicy cinnamon aroma. It has a refreshing taste with a suggestion of banana and ginger with a light spicy flavour on the finish.

Stirling Single Coffee Stout 4.5

Stirling Single Coffee Stout is named after the Great Northern Railway (GNR) No. 1 class Stirling Single steam locomotive.

Tasting Notes: 5 kilos of Kenco Medium Roast Coffee was used in the making of this beer and it has a very unique flavour.

T C Mild 3.4

Initially intended to be a stout - this brew is better described as a mild. It contains Maris Otter, Chocolate, black and caramel/crystal malt and roasted barley and was hopped with Phoenix hops.

Tasting Notes: It has a strong flavour suited to a stout but has a low ABV of 3.4%

Town Crier's Stout 4.0

Deep reddish brown to black in colour, made with Maris Otter and Roasted Barley among others. Mildly hopped with East Kent Goldings.

Tasting Notes: Burnt coffee aroma with a smooth light chocolate finish.
