Tasting Notes: Brown Trout and Sea Trout adore the golden colour of this Hairwing and we hope the moreish, smooth bittersweet ale has you streaming back for more!!
Blonde, citrus, pale ale
Tasting Notes: Grayling are found in cool, clean, well oxygenated streams and we have created a light, blonde, citrusy beer to reflect this using a blend of extra pale malt and Saaz Hops.
Smooth, fruity, amber
Tasting Notes: Gobio Gobio is latin for Gudgeon and this little fish which is common in all canals and rivers is probably most’s first catch. Here we have an Amber, easy drinking smooth ale complimented with superb Fuggles Hops.
Tasting Notes: Trout find this Dry Fly irresistible and we certainly hope this double hopped blonde beer hits the spot with its dry, citrus finish.
Tasting Notes: Growing up to 5 feet and weighing as much as 80lb!! They are deep bodied and Golden rather like this classic IPA produced using the fantastic Challenger and Progress Hops.
Tasting Notes: Strong and solitary hunters often feeding off other fish, so, it seems a natural fit to have this Strong, Cunning Dark Ruby with a deceptive sweetness named after it.
Deep Gold slightly sweet and moreish
Tasting Notes: Rainbow Trout offer high quality sport weighing up to 50lb in North America, so, we have created a Gold Medal ale that is light on the palette with zesty undertones coming from the American Hops.
Tasting Notes: With a grizzle hackle and red head fish can’t stop coming back for more and we hope our double hopped bitter with a reddish hue and a blend of East Kent Goldings and Brewers Gold hops does the same for you!
Tasting Notes: Purple Zonker is a strip of rabbit fur and gives great movement that can spook the salmon and this hoppy IPA with extra pale maris otter malt and a sublime mix of hops should certainly live up to these characteristics.
