Take on an American pale ale. Deep gold with a fruity, hoppy taste. Aromas of pine needles and citrus peel from the dose of full flower American hops along with a balance of spicy sweet notes from the malts.

Tasting Notes: Fresh and hoppy with a long bittersweet finish.

Alley Cat Ale 3.8

Refreshing and hoppy with Brewers Gold hops giving gorgeous aromas of tropical and lemony fruits. A terrific session ale.

This multi award winning beautiful black stout is full of roasted coffee and dark bitter chocolate flavours.

Anastasia's Imperial Stout 8

This 'imperial' version of a beautiful black stout pours deeply black with a tan head. It has intense aromas of roasted coffee, chocolate and a rich warmth from the higher abv. One to savour, slowly!

Ascot Ale Gold Cup 4.8

Premium golden ale brewed with 25% wheat, crisp and refreshing with aromas from the generous use of Amarillo hops.

Tasting Notes: 

Ascot Ale Oktoberfest 4.8

This has a wonderful biscuity malt character, with a slight sweetness and a smooth mouthfeel. Brewed with German specialty malts and bittered with German hops, this is an authentic version of an Oktoberfest beer.

Ascot Ale Penguin Porter 4.5

Smooth chestnut ale with an initial subtle hoppiness giving way to coffee malt flavour then rich chocolate at the finish.

Ascot Ale Winter Reserve 5.2

This is a perfect Winter warmer with lightly spiced aromas of cinnamon, coriander and ginger. The palate is full, with a pleasant spicing coming through. Very smooth and drinkable.

Heavily hopped Golden Ale using Citra that give an intense citrus grapefruit aroma, very refreshing.

Based on an abbey dubbel style, and is a smooth drinking rich dark brown ale with aromas of caramel and warming alcohol.

A hoppy mild. It's a smooth drinking dark session beer to savour with a distinctive hop character.

Posh Pooch 4.2

This is a light copper coloured Best Bitter. The use of American hops gives a wonderful fruity taste and aroma.

Red IPA 5.5

Heavily hopped Red IPA, 3 times as many hops a regular Ascot bitter. Cascade, Centennial, Summit & Nelson Sauvin hops give a citrusy grapefruit aroma & flavour.

Rhino Rye 5.0

An American Rye Ale, brewed with Rye malts to give a slightly spicy note. Good clean bitterness from the Magnum hops & Dr Rudi for aroma.

Tasting Notes: 

Single Hop 4.6

Light copper coloured IPA, brewed with a different single variety of hops every month. Keeping the base malts the same this showcases each hop in all its glory with bitterness and aroma.
