Bad Day at the Office Pale Ale 4.5

An accolade to a long and frustrating day. With a generous amount of hops and a low ABV, what better way to put a smile back on your face? A light golden ale with a heavy hop bitterness and flavoured with a strong fruit and citrus aroma.

Tasting Notes:

Black Aye PA Black IPA 4.8

Originally called “Cockleroy”, this classic Alechemy recipe has been renamed “Black Aye PA”. This ale is an intriguing juxtaposition of dark malt combined with the full citrus aromas of a traditional IPA.

Tasting Notes:

Citra Burst IPA 5.4

Does exactly what it says on the….. well pump clip. An easy drinking favourite among many, Citra Burst is a light golden India pale ale with resinous pine and citrus flavours and light aroma of citrus zest.

Tasting Notes:

Five Sisters Red IPA 4.3

Named after a famous local landmark, Five Sisters is a rich amber beer combining British malts with a rich herbal classic Chinook hop, with hints of citrus.

Tasting Notes:

Rhapsody Extra Pale Ale 3.8

The wee man of the group. Using extra pale malt and the Columbus hop, Rhapsody is a simple but delightful session ale.

Tasting Notes:

Ritual Pale Ale 4.1

Their flagship beer. Ritual is an IPA with a medium malt backbone giving way to refreshing bitterness, with a citrus and slightly spicy hop aroma.

Tasting Notes:

Rye O' Rye Red Rye Pale 5.6

A deep flavoured amber ale with a complex rye spice. Fruity hops helping balance the rye to give a warming and pleasant finish.

Tasting Notes:

Starlaw Pale Ale 3.5

A juicy session ale bursting with citrus and tropical fruit character.

Tasting Notes:

Stereotype Steam Lager 4.5

The best inventions were created by accident, up there with Penicillin is Alechemy’s first bottled Lager, Stereotype. This, however, is not your stereotypical lager. This is a full flavoured lager with a spicy hoppy taste and a clean bitter dryness.

Tasting Notes:

Ten Storey Malt Bomb Modern 4.5

Ten Storey malt bomb, we made this beer for you. A modern take on a Scottish 80/- made with ten varieties of malt.
