Benedictine Groove 5.5

Benedictine Groove is our first Elixir, a unique take on a Scotch Ale. Brewed with the finest Scottish malt & tablet, British hops and tonic wine.

Benedictine Groove II: Enter The Flagon 10

Double Benedictine Groove brewed with twice the tonic wine, tablet and smoked malt and the addition of porridge oats.

Tasting Notes: 

Conviction IPA 5.5

An amber IPA with 4 malts & sackfuls of Cascade, Challenger & Chinook hops.

Tasting Notes: A deep amber pour and the aromatic equivalent of a fruit salad to the face. They believe rules are made to be broken and this beer does just that!

Cuzzy Brew 5.5

A New Zealand Black IPA loaded with Pacific Jade and Wakatu hops.

Tasting Notes: 

Fremantle Doctor 4.4

This pale ale is an aromatic expression of the Australian summer. Ella, Galaxy and Topaz hops conjure the scents of native wildflowers and the refreshment of the Fremantle Doctor on a summers afternoon.

Get It India 6.3

Get It India is the latest offering to the hop gods. Named for the strong, hoppy ales originally sent from England to British India.

Tasting Notes: They have selected big, bold new world hops for this tribute. Featuring some of the favourites from New Zealand including Green Bullet, Nelson Sauvin and Wakatu to create a peppery, tropical shock to the senses.

Global 5.8

Spiced pale ale brewed with US, UK and NZ hops, Belgian candy sugar and Italian citrus zest. Aged on French oak steeped in an infusion of 10 botanicals.

Jump the Shark 7.9

7.9% pale ale with American and New Zealand hops, lychees and pink peppercorns. Each cask was then further dry hopped with Australian Topaz to accentuate the pepper and lychee characters.
