AMBER 4.5

Amber is a well-balanced ale, golden with a medium body attached to a smooth white frothy head.

Tasting Notes: With a light honey taste, and a piney, floral aroma. This makes a perfect beer to entertain food. With the addition of Maris otter and Munich malts, this beer is rounded off with the character it deserves.

DARK RUBY 5.1

Has a complex body with a hint of chocolate. With a very specific hop schedule

Tasting Notes:

FAIR LADY 4.5

Single hopped with mosaic hops and Maris otter malts

Tasting Notes:

GPA (GOLDEN PALE ALE) 3.8

Golden Pale Ale is the most generic of our craft ales. It is very light and well balanced, literally brewed for any palate.

Tasting Notes: Most enjoyable cold and is the perfect example of a pale ale. The GPA has a slight toffee taste with orange citrusy aroma which makes it a very drinkable session ale.

HOP CONSPIRACY 3.8

The Hop Conspiracy has amazing flavors without the bitterness which makes it very drinkable. It is a light golden ale with citrusy and grapefruit aromas yet still very delicate.

Tasting Notes:

RED IPA 6.2

IPAs are known to be overly hopped and ours is no exception. We have used a variety of hops in this ale to hit the bitterness notes an IPA needs

Tasting Notes:

STOUT 4.5

It has a tasty malty presence with a little roastiness for balance
