Step into ‘The Junction’ and you step back to a time when pubs were places where you could drink high quality beer in a warm and friendly environment. Every pint was always served at the point when it was at its best. The taste of each beer was never exactly the same, because each beer had been infused with different flavour courtesy of the wooden barrel it was in.
At ‘The Junction’ no detail is overlooked to deliver the best pint. A new cooling system has been installed in the cellars keeping the beers at the optimum temperature. The beer is pulled up from the wooden barrels, by top of the range pumps, originally designed for Melbourne Ales. You drink your beer in a pub full of traditional furniture with open fires.
