Tasting Notes: A thick and juicy pale ale brewed with a complex malt base of pale malted barley, flaked barley, malted wheat, torrified wheat, malted oats, and flaked oats. Hopped generously in the whirlpool & dry hop with Citra, Mosaic and Amarillo giving juicy mango, passion fruit and orange alongside a hint of pine and berry. Fermented with a fruity east coast american ale yeast.
Tasting Notes: A sessionable, flavour packed dry stout. Brewed with a base of pale malt, oats and flaked barley, a variety of roasted grains. The roasted grains bring notes of toasted bread crust, raisin, molasses, bitter cocoa and gently acidic coffee, with the oats and flaked barley providing a full mouthfeel. This beer finishes dry, with a gentle but lasting bitterness and another wave of dark chocolate and roastiness.
Tasting Notes: Our Original Pale Ale, naturally hazy, lightly bitter, easy drinking and thirst quenching. Shaka showcases three flavoursome American hops: Cascade & Chinook deliver refreshing high notes of pine, lime zest and grapefruit, while Citra brings softer, juicier orange and peach. This beer is brewed with malted wheat and flaked barley for a full body and subtle malt character which allows the hops to shine. Popular amongst Toad players to boost aim and stamina.
Tasting Notes: A pilsner style lager brewed with german pilsner malt for a rich malty character, bittered assertively and again hopped later in the boil for a classic floral and herbal hop profile. Fermented with Weihenstephaner lager yeast for a clean backdrop allowing the malt and hops to come through, and a crisp dry finish. We then lager at -1c for 4 weeks for a smooth finish
