Double IPA 8.5

They made a double IPA with their friends at Het Uiltje. The plan was a simple one; chuck in a silly and irresponsible amount of hops, keep the malt and body light and what could go wrong?

Tasting Notes: Mosaic, Citra, Simcoe and Chinook all contribute to a massive piney, resinous hit followed by tropical fruit and warming alcohol.

Double IPA 8.4

A big hitting double IPA... A combination of Galaxy, Equinox, Amarillo and Centennial hops give huge flavours of orange pith, mandarin, grapefruit and mango. A collaboration with Magic Rock Brewery.

Tasting Notes:

Full Fathom 5 6.5

A coffee coconut porter. Dark brown colored with a small off-white head. Light roasted aroma of caramel, chocolate, coffee and coconuts. Light roasted flavor of caramel, coffee and coconuts.

Tasting Notes:

Herzog 5.0

The perfect summer Beer! A Kolsch Style Beer, this is a hybrid of Lager and Ale. Fermented with genuine Kolsch yeast at Ale temperatures, then lagered for 3 weeks.

Tasting Notes: They added a little twist by dry hopping it with German Tettnang Hops. Crisp and refreshing with a hoppy fruitiness.

Moloshok 5.0

To celebrate their 1st Birthday they brewed a beer to compliment these cold, dark winter days. This smooth and full bodied milk stout has been steeped with cocoa nibs in the fermenter to give the beer an added complexity & richness.

Tasting Notes:

Pinata 4.5

They used four different tropical fruits to pair with plenty of new world hops. Mandarin and grapefruit peel were used in the kettle and Guava and Mango added.

Tasting Notes:

Sanguinello 3.7

So much mandarin and blood orange went into this beer, it’s absolutely packed full and bursting with orange & zest flavours. Despite the fruity punch it’s modest in alcohol, great for a flavour filled session.

Tasting Notes:

Sputnik 5.0

Sputnik is a dry hopped Pale Ale. Drinkability is key, body and colour are light. The blend of American hops give this beer a citrus and pine aroma, whilst tropical and stone fruit also put in a hoppy appearance.

Tasting Notes:

Transmission 6.9

A classic American IPA. Aroma and flavour dominate - Pine, Citrus, from U.S hops, whilst new varieties add tropical fruit. High in alcohol to balance out the huge late hopping, This is a hugely drinkable beer with a light body and dry finish.

Tasting Notes:

Volta 4.1

A light and refreshing sour flavoured with blood orange and forced Yorkshire rhubarb grown just 8 miles from the brewery! Orange zest dominates the aroma while rhubarb adds to the tart, zingy finish.
