Emily is originally from Surrey, but moved to London at eighteen to train as an actress at Arts Educational School. After several years of acting and many years of waitressing and a steady stream of other part time jobs; she started her own catering and canapé business. A few years on, she decided to pursue her dream of owning her own country pub.
