Tasting Notes: We brew it using Maris Otter and Crystal malts, flaked barley, malted wheat, and locally grown Fuggles, Goldings and Bramling Cross hops. With such fine ingredients, no wonder it remains a firm favourite among our followers.

A delightful straw-coloured ale with a wonderful citrus hop aroma. Truly distinctive.

Tasting Notes: HPA is a truly delightful pale ale. It’s smooth on the palate, and boasts a citrus hop aroma leading to a balanced bitter finish. Locally grown Target and Celeia hops play an important part in making this such a distinctive beer. With Maris Otter pale malt and malted wheat also being used, this is very much a pale ale with all the right ingredients.

Brewed from the finest spring planted barley malts, Peroni has a unique balanced taste with a delicate aroma arising from the hops of the most exclusive varieties.

Ledbury Dark has a chocolate and coffee start with a smooth, mellow finish. The three hops we use all come from a local farm in Suckley, Worcestershire. This beer has notes of spice, marmalade and honey.

Harry Sparrow Classic English Cyder was created to honour the man who was Aspall’s Cyder maker for over 50 years from the early 1920’s. It reflects the rich and diverse styles of cyder Harry enjoyed both making and drinking.

Tasting Notes: Mid golden to amber in colour, Aspall Harry Sparrow is a full bodied medium dry cyder that has a wonderful fruit aroma with floral and cedar wood overtones.

Made from the purest Swedish spring water, Rekorderlig Strawberry - Lime Cider was the first to explore this unique flavour combination. Enjoy served over ice with fresh mint leaves or a real strawberry and a wedge of lime for a fresh, zesty experience.
