Tigers Head

A child friendly pub serving food with WiFi and a garden in Chislehurst.

This delightful rosy-bricked innstands overlooking Chislehurst Common at the heart of historic Chislehurst village. The current Tigers Head country pub dates back to the 18th century but stands on the site of a much older inn, owned by the Walsingham family, dating back to the 15th century. Attractively located facing the village green, the focus of Chislehurst community life for centuries, The Tigers Head has witnessed feasts, festivals, coronation celebrations and even cockfighting, which took place in the Cockpit on the green, until the practice was abolished in 1834.

Abbot Reserve 6.5 Greene King PLC

Distinctive full bodied, smooth and mature beer, bursting with fruit cake and toffee flavours.

Tasting Notes: Full bodied copper ale, bursting with rich toffee and fruit cake flavours.

Birra Moretti 4.6 Heineken

The ultimate Italian lager since 1859, Birra Moretti’s special blend of high quality hops creates a smooth, full bodied beer with wholemeal bread top notes which are cut by a delicate citrus note.

Tasting Notes: It is a bottom fermented beer with a golden colour. This colouring is a result of the type of malt used in brewing. Its alcohol content is 4.6% alcohol by volume. It is not a strong beer and is therefore perfect for drinking at lunch, at dinner or for evenings out with friends

Foster's 3.4 Heineken

Foster's is the ultimate ice-cold refreshment. Its balance of subtle fruitiness and vanilla is ideal for the sweeter-toothed lager lover. The perfect session beer to enjoy with mates.

Tasting Notes: A light-coloured lager style, it presents full malt character with a balanced clean hop bitterness. Combined with a slightly hoppy, but yeasty/malty nose, Foster's lager is a full bodied beer with excellent drinkability.

Guinness Draught 4.2 Diageo

Rich and creamy. Distinctive, Ruby Red colour. Velvety in its finish. This iconic beer was developed in 1959 and launched as a celebration of the 200 years anniversary of Arthur Guinness signing his 9,000-year lease.

Tasting Notes: Aroma: Sweet smelling with a coffee and malty nose
Flavour: Perfect balance of bitter and sweet with malt and roast characters Palate: Smooth, creamy and balanced

Level Head 4 Greene King PLC

Level Head is quite simply a perfectly-executed session IPA. The aroma is hoppy, balanced between tropical and grapefruit notes, and at 4% it's a truly sessionable beer.

Tasting Notes:

Aspall Cyder 4.5 Aspall Cyder
