Tasting Notes: To this medium-full bodied brown ale we added just enough wildflower honey to round out the roasted caramalt and coffee notes.

Tasting Notes: Our West Coast style Pale has a clean hop profile and fantastic balance of malts. Floral hop aromas on the nose are perfectly balanced with just the right amount of malts and a bitterness that lingers on the finish. This is a definite crowd pleaser.

Belgian Style Chocolate Stout

Tasting Notes: This rich creamy stout has got dark chocolate and banana notes that are apparent mid palate and a surprising amount of roasted coco bean.

White IPA

Tasting Notes: Don’t let the subtle nose through you off! The Caliente Hops added to the boil give this medium-full bodied wheat beer a surprising hoppy kick mid pallet and lingering floral bitterness on the finish.

Belgian Style Brown Ale

Tasting Notes: This complex brown ale has aromas of chocolate covered raisin and fig. Caramelized banana and roasted coco bean notes dillydally on the palate.

Tasting Notes: This deliciously complex red is layered with floral hop aromas on nose, caramel malt flavors, a touch of rye and light bitterness to finish.

Passion Fruit Pilsner

Tasting Notes: The delightful aroma of the passion fruit and ripe peaches really shines through on the nose. A noticeable transition of lime and grapefruit hit you mid-palate while the hops added to the base of the beer give the slightly tart, citrusy fruit a great balance and backbone on the finish.

Double IPA

Tasting Notes: Enchanting Orange Marmalade and ripe pineapple notes resonate from the glass of our very drinkable Double IPA. This malt forward brew has slight caramel notes on the pallet and finishes with just the right amount of bitterness and a hint of spice.

Honey Nut Brown Ale

Tasting Notes: Honey roasted peanut and fresh coffee aromas arise from the glass of this deliciously balanced brown ale. Dark Chocolate, hints of vanilla and nutty undertones are evident mid-pallet, while roasted coffee beans round out the finish.

Imperial Red Ale

Tasting Notes: Surly Mosh is a bigger meaner version of his younger brother. This Imperial red has it all! A perfect harmony of ripe fruit and caramel malts, bitter hoppiness, and a swift kick in the pants. This aint your grandmas red.

Belgian Style Strong Blonde Ale

Tasting Notes: The Groupie is no wimpy blonde! This golden colored ale is medium bodied, well balanced and smooth. Banana undertones and honey are noticeable on the nose with subtle hints of baking spices on the finish.

Tasting Notes: This 5% brew is no watered down IPA!! Bright hoppy aromas of pine shine through on the nose of this session IPA, while flavors of grapefruit rind linger on the palate.

Tasting Notes: Aromas of lemongrass shine through on the nose while fresh ginger coats the tongue. This easy drinking witt bier is lightly hopped and has floral notes on the finish.

Happy Rye Porter

Tasting Notes: This dark and most definitely Roasty Porter is one of a kind. Black rye is evident on the nose. The bitterness of the hop profile is rounded out by a bit of malty sweetness.
