Bavarian Gold Dunkel Bier is brewed to a traditional German recipe. This delightful Dunkel has a dark malt base and mild, roasty flavour with lacing of yeast. Full-bodied and velvety with a lively carbonation.

Tasting Notes: 

A classic wheat beer with a creamy fullness. Mild and aromatic with an extra lacing of yeast. Soft maltiness with bread and grain characters. Bavarian Gold Weiss Bier is a medium-light to medium body – perfectly balanced between the various aromas.

Hopped with Czech Saaz and German Tettnang, it has distinctive grassy notes which compliment its floral and herbal aroma. Refreshingly clean finishing light golden lager with a subtly spicy lingering bitterness.

Named after a fishing fly used for luring trout, this Blonde Ale has a refreshing palate due to the use of high quality pale ale malt and a citrus aroma with a balanced bitterness.

An American Style Golden IPA lovingly created using pale ale and caramalt, hopped with citra, calypso and centennial to create an intensely fresh hoppy aroma.

Sunny Republic Hop Dog, is brewed with English Pilgrim and Target hops, German Hallertau Blanc and American Citra.

The beer is deep amber in colour with a blend of pale ale and crystal malt. The bitterness and fruity aroma are developed from a combination of hops.

Sunny Republic Red Bus is fresh, crisp and refreshing with pink grapefruit at the fore with softer tropical fruits close behind. Generous bitterness but full bodied with the mellower Willamette hops bringing an uplifting mid palate and the roast malts adding complexity in the finish.

Andwell’s Best Bitter combines the finest malt and hops to produce a well balanced malty and hoppy flavour with a light amber colour.

The beer uses malted rye to create its characteristic ruby glow. The flavours and aromas derive from a combination of English hops.
