A smooth tasting, lightly hopped dark ale with chocolate and roast aromas. Low hop addition gives a slightly sweeter character.
Tasting Notes:
This mid brown festive brew has a rich, fruity aroma, with hints of orange zest and a subtle citrus character in the full flavour which continues right through to the lasting finish.

A full flavoured dark ale with a predominantly fruity aroma. The initial taste is a blend of fruit and malt together with a hoppy bitterness. The resulting bittersweet flavour leads through to a roast finish.

This very special beer was created for our friends Michael and Alex on the occasion of their wedding. We used over 40kg of fresh Sussex raspberries to create this fruity expression of Big Love.

This light brown, traditionally brewed ale with a generous helping of Challenger hops, hence the Sting in the Tail. Goldings are added for aroma.

We've teamed up with our friends at the Wild Heaven Brewery in Georgia to brew a classic American Pale Ale using US and Southern Hemisphere hops to produce a hop forward grapefruit led beer with a dry lingering aftertaste.
Tawny ale with a soft, malty initial flavour, caramel and burnt toffee notes.
This mahogany-coloured beer has an aroma dominated by malt, continuing into the flavour, together with caramel and fruit notes, plus a smooth, rounded bitter finish.
We searched all over Sussex for 18 months to find this sparkling cyder and thank goodness we did! It is richly flavoured with notes of brown sugar and cooked apples - delicious!
