Arundel Black Stallion 3.7

A smooth tasting, lightly hopped dark ale with chocolate and roast aromas. Low hop addition gives a slightly sweeter character.

Arundel Old Scrooge 5.3

This mid brown festive brew has a rich, fruity aroma, with hints of orange zest and a subtle citrus character in the full flavour which continues right through to the lasting finish.

Arundel Spooky 4.6

A full flavoured dark ale with a predominantly fruity aroma. The initial taste is a blend of fruit and malt together with a hoppy bitterness. The resulting bittersweet flavour leads through to a roast finish.

Autumn Old Ale 4.6

Deep brown, sweetish aroma with some caramel, fruit and roasted malts. Flavours of berry fruit and chocolate with a touch of roasted malts before a decent bitter finish.

Big Love 5.0

This very special beer was created for our friends Michael and Alex on the occasion of their wedding. We used over 40kg of fresh Sussex raspberries to create this fruity expression of Big Love.

Black Beastie 4.9

Dark ale with a warm, soft, malty initial flavour. Chocolate malt adds a powerful, high roast finish, complemented by the classic aroma from East Kent Goldings hops.

Light amber coloured beer with good hop flavour and a pleasant bitter finish.

Castle 3.8

A tawny coloured beer with a hoppy aroma. The flavour has a good balance of malt, fruit and hops with a dry hoppy finish.

Coffee Milk Stout 5.0

This mahogany-coloured beer with a deliciously rich and smooth character.

Tasting Notes: This beer has hints of chocolate combining with the coffee flavour, supplied by Edgecumbes Sidamo beans – roasted and ground on the day the beer is brewed.

Dirty Rascal Double IPA 8.5

Version 2 of the Dirty Rascal collaboration with Bison Beer in Brighton, this time with more orange zest to create a more rounded, fuller flavour.

Tasting Notes: Orange, zesty, rounded, full flavoured.

Footslogger 4.4

Golden summer beer with bitterness throughout and a fruity, sweet malty and caramel flavour.

Old Knucker 5.5

A dark, old ale with a malt and fruit aroma. Malt dominates the taste with a bittersweet coffee finish.

Sting in the Tail 4.7

This light brown, traditionally brewed ale with a generous helping of Challenger hops, hence the Sting in the Tail. Goldings are added for aroma.

Stronghold 4.7

A very smooth, full flavoured premium bitter. An excellent balance of malt, fruit and hops comes through in this rich, chestnut colour beer.

Summer Daze 4.7

An amber coloured premium beer with fruit and hops in the aroma. The use of Cascade hops gives an initial citrus flavour, followed by a hint of fruit and a nice bitter finish.

Rich smooth ale with a deep malty taste, subtle aromatic fruits and a bitter/sweet coffee finish.

Sussex Giant 5.0

A strong, smooth well balanced amber coloured beer. Fruity flavoured with a slightly dry, bitter finish.

Sussex Gold 4.2

A rich golden beer with a hoppy, citrus finish, very smooth, light and refreshing.

Sussex IPA 4.5

A traditional English pale ale with complex roasted malt flavours, leading to a fruity hoppy bitter/sweet finish.

Sussex Mild 3.7

Dark and creamy mild. Its low gravity and low hop rate give a slightly sweeter character.

Tommy Knocker 4.5

A rich full bodied beer with a fruity aroma. Fruit and malt dominate the flavour with a hoppy bitterness that gives a balanced finish.

Trident 5.0

Amber-coloured beer with a citrus, fruity aroma. Has a hoppy, fruity flavour and a dry bitter finish.

Wild Heaven 5.2

We've teamed up with our friends at the Wild Heaven Brewery in Georgia to brew a classic American Pale Ale using US and Southern Hemisphere hops to produce a hop forward grapefruit led beer with a dry lingering aftertaste.

Winston Church Ale 4.7

Tawny ale with a soft, malty initial flavour, caramel and burnt toffee notes.

Tasting Notes: Toffee, Roast

Winter Knights 4.9

This mahogany-coloured beer has an aroma dominated by malt, continuing into the flavour, together with caramel and fruit notes, plus a smooth, rounded bitter finish.

Sussex Cyder 6.0

We searched all over Sussex for 18 months to find this sparkling cyder and thank goodness we did! It is richly flavoured with notes of brown sugar and cooked apples - delicious!
