An English bitter style. Tasting Notes: Still brewed using a complex yeast strain, Brew XI is characterised by hop notes giving way to buttery toffee, which washes over a basket of red and green apples, bananas and plums. A rounded crystal malt tones the rapid onset but not persistent bitterness. Warm and slightly astringent with a hint of cracked vanilla pods.

Carlsberg is a Pilsner style lager originating from Copenhagen, Denmark. Carlsberg is light, easy drinking and refreshing. The all malt recipe and Carlsberg yeast strain gives the balance between body and depth of flavour and a clean refreshing palate. Tasting Notes: Carlsberg is a pale blonde Danish pilsner style lager, with a flowery subtle aroma, and hoppy fruity flavours with a soft lingering finish.
