Bell & Bear

A dog friendly pub in Olney.

Our village pub & restaurant is situated in Emberton, one mile from the pretty market town of Olney, famous for John Newton's Olney Hymns, Amazing Grace and the world's oldest pancake race. A grade II listed building, the building was named after Emberton's two old pubs, The Bell (where we are now) and The Bear, which was situated where the A509 now runs. We have a large car park & garden, a separate restaurant and public bar. We are just 5 minutes walk from Emberton Park and just 100 yards from the walkway & cycle route between Sherington & Olney. We are just 10 miles in each direction from Milton Keynes, Bedford and Northampton.
