Blackboys Inn, nestled in the heart of the Weald, with multi award winning
gardens is recognised as one of the prettiest pubs in the South East. A 14th
Century Coaching Inn offering a diverse and eclectic menu, utilising locally
sourced and seasonal ingredients. To add to the dining experience, there is a
superb selection of prize winning Harveys ales and wines. Our aim is to
facilitate an atmosphere where people feel relaxed, so they can truly enjoy the
bucolic ambience of our inn.

Pale, crystal and black malt sugars are balanced by the bitterness of Fuggle and Golding aroma hops to create this fresh, dry beer. Tasting Notes: An authentic Porter Stout with undertones of coffee and chocolate.
	Pilsner	4.0	Harvey's Brewery
Our Pilsner has a sweet aroma and a soft, bready taste. The layered bitterness is derived from Lubelski hops. Brewed using pale and lightly roasted malts, combined with Munich malt. Tasting Notes:
	Amstel	4.1	Heineken
Our classic, golden Amstel Beer, with its very distinctive and mildly bitter taste, has over the years become well known beyond the borders of its native country. Tasting Notes:
	Birra Moretti	4.6	Heineken
The ultimate Italian lager since 1859, Birra Moretti’s special blend of high quality hops creates a smooth, full bodied beer with wholemeal bread top notes which are cut by a delicate citrus note. Tasting Notes: It is a bottom fermented beer with a golden colour. This colouring is a result of the type of malt used in brewing. Its alcohol content is 4.6% alcohol by volume. It is not a strong beer and is therefore perfect for drinking at lunch, at dinner or for evenings out with friends
	Gold Bier	4.0	Harvey's Brewery
The golden colour is derived from a premium malted barley originally grown for continental lagers. A thirst quenching and refreshing brew, it is best served chilled. Tasting Notes: This dry, balanced ‘bier’ has a soft malt palate that is offset by the gentle bitterness of local Fuggle and Golding hops. A thirst quenching and refreshing brew for any time, any place.
	Olympia	4.2	Harvey's Brewery
It was first produced in 2005 to celebrate our major summer award at Kensington Olympia for Best Bitter. Tasting Notes: A cool golden summer ale. Very refreshing with a balanced complexity.
	Southdown Harvest	5.5	Harvey's Brewery
This is an all-malt single hop brew, using freshly harvested Sussex fuggles together with our own spring water to give a ‘taste of the South Downs. Tasting Notes: Three types of hop and three different malts culminate on the palate providing soft, sweet biscuit flavours offset with a tangy bitterness from the 'green' hops.
	Sussex Best Bitter	4.0	Harvey's Brewery
Our most famous and popular brand - it makes up over 90% of our total brewing capacity. Winner of the Champion Best Bitter of Britain title at CAMRA's Great British Beers Festival in 2005 and 2006. First brewed as recently as 1955. Tasting Notes: A superbly balanced session bitter with a prominent hop character.
	Wharf IPA	4.8	Harvey's Brewery
Wharf IPA is a modern heavily hopped IPA. It is brewed with new hop varieties to create a joyful outpouring of fresh flavours from the bine. Tasting Notes: Modern heavily hopped IPA. Zesty and fragrant, this golden beer contains the very essence of our local hop gardens.
	Stowford Press	4.5	Westons Cider
A refreshing medium-dry sparkling cider that is bursting with the delicious flavour of crisp cider apples Tasting Notes:
	Thatchers Haze	4.5	Thatchers Cider
Thatchers Haze is a cloudy premium cider bursting with apple flavour. Tasting Notes: Crafted with Discovery, Falstaff, Gala and Jonagold eating apples to create its crisp sweet finish. It is the juice of the Jonagold apple that brings a naturally cloudy appearance to this chilled cider.
