Brewers Droop 5.0

A full flavoured stronger golden ale brewed with pale and crystal malts to impart a lightly roasted smooth body.

Tasting Notes: Floral and citrus notes from the hops impart a rounded orange aroma and flavour, with an enduring pleasant warm finish.

Dragonfire 4.5

Deep coloured golden ale, smooth on the tongue with initial strong malt flavours, giving way to sweet fruit hints of blackberry and a crisp sharp finish.

Tasting Notes: Malty, fruity, blackberry

Grumpy Bastard 4.5

A premium Burton style ale, with a full character.

Tasting Notes: Biscuit and grainy toasty textures on tasting, developed from crafting crystal malts with roasted barley during the mash with a slight chocolate back taste. The English dual hop infusion imparts a clean bitterness that give it a distinct fruity, earthy taste on the palate with a dry finish.

Molly's Secret 4.2

A light bodied, golden beer brewed using pale malts and a combination of English hops.

Tasting Notes: A complex, well balanced ale married with honey to produce a gentle fresh citrus aroma balanced with sweet flavours on the palate that leads to a crisp and dry finish.

Old Rodney 4.0

A traditional English russet ale with a clean biscuit malt base, delicate orange citrus notes and grassy, floral undertones from the late hopping, culminating with a smooth bittering flavour. An enjoyable light bodied session beer with a short finish.

Slippery Jack 4.5

A dark ale brewed with a blend of barley malts to give a robust, true Old English-style beer.

Tasting Notes: A delicate amount of late boil hopping produces notes of citrus orange aromas, smooth and smokey flavours develop to finish with a sweet malty liquor taste.
