An amber brown beer, well hopped - best described as a traditional South-Eastern bitter.
Tasting Notes: A complex malt grist is combined with 3 hops, to provide a refreshing moorish beer, with a distinct hoppy bitterness.
A deep, golden coloured beer, created using three types of Optic malt, and only Progress hops, all grown within the UK.
Tasting Notes: This single varietial ale has all the characteristics of this soft hop - floral notes and a gentle but pervasive bitterness, making it a very drinkable, thirst quenching beer.
Dark Amber, malty and well hopped, with a beautifully balanced aftertaste - a strong Best Bitter.
Tasting Notes: High percentages of Crystal and Black malt create the malt/biscuit undertones, with bitterness and aroma provided by Goldings and First Gold, amongst others.
An unusually red coloured beer, blending the red ale tradition's of the North East and Ireland with a hint of Welsh flair.
Tasting Notes: Vast quantities of Crystal malt are blended into a complex grist; and a selection of unusual hops, including Pioneer and 93/50, provide the bite to compliment the biscuity malt characteristics of this exceptionally smooth and easy drinking beer.
A very pale, mildly hopped session ale – brewed to an old welsh style guide for a pale ale, and a firm favourite in our pubs.
