Aromantica 4.2

A touch of roast malt for a light amber brew with a slightly sweet nutty flavour. Citra hops to the fore give tropical hop notes and aromas of lime and passion fruit with a refreshingly long aromatic finish.

Tasting Notes: 

Bellydancer 5.2

A dark ruby coloured English ale. Crystal and roasted malts give a full bodied taste that is complimented by two old English hop varieties giving it a fruity finish with a hint of spice.

A dark ale with a rich, roasted character, balanced by the tropical fruit flavours supplied with generous amounts of aromatic hops.

Celeste 3.8

A mid colour amber beer. Pale and crystal malts blend to give a light body but with a depth of interest. Simcoe and Galaxy are fantastic hops that deliver tropical fruit notes. Celeste takes its name with a nod to the Australian Galaxy hop.

Daffy's Elixir 4.2

A best bitter with a pale golden appearance. Two English hops combine to give a well balanced beer with a big hop finish.

Tasting Notes: 

Decadence 4.4

A golden ale with a hint of malt sweetness from caramalt. Passionfruit and grapefruit aromas on the nose. First taste gives a complex zesty hop palate leading on to a fresh herby finish.

A copper coloured ale, brewed with four malts and three hops.

Tasting Notes: A copper coloured ale, brewed with four malts and three hops. It has a full bodied feel and a delicious fruity hop character.

Hop Head 3.6

A most satisfying and refreshing session beer.

Tasting Notes: A pale hoppy brew with a fresh floral hop character from a blend of English and American hops. A most satisfying and refreshing session beer. SIBA National gold medal winner 2007 Bitter Class.

Hop Quest 5.2

This deep copper-coloured beer has initial aromas of orange and vine fruits.

Tasting Notes: This leads to a solid malt base in the flavour, plus notes of chocolate and raisins developing in the lasting, fruity finish.

Marquis 3.8

A classic English session beer.

Tasting Notes: A classic English session beer. A rich tawny colour, it has a light juicy maltiness perfectly balanced by a delicate hoppy finish. A firm favourite in the Marquis of Granby and other Vale pubs.

Rutterkin 4.6

A premium bitter with a golden appearance.

Tasting Notes: A zesty hop flavour from Mount hood hops combine with a touch of malt sweetness to give a rich full bodied beer. SIBA National Gold medal winner 2007 Premium Bitter Class. Overall SIBA Champion Beer Silver Medal 2007

Seven Heaven 4.7

This light mahogany beer, previously a one-off celebration brew uses 7 malt varieties providing a dark roast coffee aroma, complex flavours and a smooth character, balanced by spicy hop notes.

Stilton Porter 4.9

A rich roast flavoured porter brewed with 4 types of malt and balanced with spicy rich hop flavours from English hop varieties.
