The Brickfield Tavern is so named as it was built on a brick quarry in the early 1990s. We're proud to serve up freshly cooked, seasonal pub food and you'll be in safe hands with our friendly and experienced team; many of them are locals, having grown up in Folkestone, and at least six of them have worked here for more than ten years! Our Deputy Manager started with us 16 years ago as a chef and has worked their way up. So whether you're visiting Port Lympne Zoo, Dover Castle or the Ashford Designer Outlet, make sure you stop by!
