Acer 3.8

Huge hop kick to it, ripe tangerines, resinous hops and a blast of citrus play around on a solid bready malt backbone.

Tasting Notes: Citrus, Fruity, Hoppy

Bitter Californian 4.5

The Bitter Californian is a hybrid between a traditional English Best Bitter and the wonderfully aromatic Californian Pale Ales.

Tasting Notes: The hops are Newport (Kaffir lime leaves & citrus rind aromas), Chinnook (lime zest and lemon balm) and Nugget (sherbet lemons), these will both bitter the beer and provide flavour and aroma.

Enigma 4.4

Red ale brewed to balance maximum flavour with endless drinkability. Low bitterness allows a malt bill of Maris Otter, German specialty malts and crystal rye to be fully appreciated.

Tasting Notes: Delicately dry hopped with the unique Enigma as well as a blend of the most aromatic, fruity hops we have.

Exhibition 5.2

Classic, strong, dark English ale. Winter warmer in style. Pale, Crystal and Chocolate malts, English Challenger and Fuggles hops.

Tasting Notes: It is a rich, fruity and estery beer.

Fortitude 4.0

A beautiful amber colour, with perfect balance between finest English Maris Otter malt and classic Southern English hops; malty, clean, moreish. Fortitude is a 4.0% bitter with attitude.

Tasting Notes:

Gold 5.0

A premium Golden Ale, refreshing & moreish with a beautiful balance of biscuity malt backbone followed by waves of citrus hops make for a wonderful English Golden ale. The English Pioneer hops give a bitter citrus taste and aroma.

Tasting Notes: Refreshing, biscuity, malty, citrus

Independence 4.6

This distinctive American pale ale is full of big hop character but without the strong bitterness. Carefully selected American hops are added continuously during the boil and also during conditioning (dry hopping) to give a really fresh aromatic boost.

Tasting Notes: This beer is mainly about hops but they have given it a malt backbone to balance the beautiful tropical fruit aromas.

Lookout 4.0
Milk Stout 4.5

The original Bristol Milk Stout with smooth chocolatey sweetness and balancing coffee bitterness with hints of dark fruits. This award winning national champion stout is a beautifully creamy, full-bodied stout.

Tasting Notes:

A light malt base; Maris Otter, CaraPils and wheat malt allows the bright, fresh and zesty hop aromas to shine - underpinned by herbal and floral notes.
