Brookhouse Mill is a 17th Century mill with an atmospheric restaurant which features many of the old mills cogs and wheels downstairs. Yet a modern touch has been added with a first floor conservatory, an area of private dining, which overlooks the picturesque river and beautiful gardens.

Brewed to 4.4% ABV, Bass is still brewed to an original recipe using only the finest ingredients and the experience of generations. Bass is brewed with two strains of yeast to produce a complex nutty, malty taste with subtle hop undertone.

Tasting Notes: A medium-bodied complex nutty, biscuity malt taste with roasty, caramel aromas and classic earthy, subtly floral hop notes.
