Arise 4.4

Straw gold in colour, a balanced malt bill gives a great mouth feel and a finish that keeps on giving.

Tasting Notes: Restrained bitterness followed by massive peach, pine & resinous hop flavours to keep you satisfied. A session IPA that’s perfect for the end of the day.

Aurora 5.6

This premium strength pale ale ‘Aurora’ has a satisfying blend of malts to provide a juicy backbone and a pale amber colour.

Tasting Notes: An expansive blend of US hops give a resinous mouthfeel – big citrus & tropical fruit flavours, which are prominent, yet well balanced.

Devil's Rest IPA 7.0

This full strength IPA nods to the best found whilst travelling the U.S – the result is deceptively drinkable, with a burnt orange colour and full flavour in the mouth.

Tasting Notes: Huge amounts of simcoe & centennial hops find their way into the kettle, with even more sneaking in post fermenation for a ‘proper’ IPA flavour.

Easy Answers 6.0

Luscious clean drinking IPA with good body and subdued bitterness. Topped off with bags of piney aroma hops and a double dry hop, easy answers will come easy.

Tasting Notes:

Plateau 3.5

Pale gold in colour, with a crisp malt edge and sharp bitterness. Plateau has been hopped at different stages of the brew, with a big mix of US & NZ hops to satisfy the discerning drinker.

Tasting Notes: Full in flavour, zesty, refreshing & low in alcohol, this beer will have you returning to the bar for another.

Porter 4.8

Black ruby in colour, with a rich chocolate and black malt flavour. This old style running porter finishes with a firm bitterness.

Tasting Notes:

Saison A La Provision 6.5

This beer has a primary fermentation with saison yeast, then undergoes a secondary fermentation with a blend of Lactobacillus & Brettonamyces. The result is a tart, crisp, slightly sour and incredibly refreshing.

Tasting Notes:

Saison L'Automne 4.2

The ‘Provision’ Saison changes to reflect the seasons in the inspirational countryside. This year the hedgerows were laden and we have blended in a large portion of rosehips to give a subtle and enticing colour to the beer.

Tasting Notes:

Saison Le Printemps 4.2

Printemps has been brewed to celebrate springtime and the feelings of awakening that this season brings.

Tasting Notes: A combination of noble and new world hops and subtle spicing complements this saison yeast strain. After fermentation, the beer is lightly dry-hopped for added zest.

Saison L'ete 4.2

Saison L’été was brewed with fresh elderflowers, picked from nearby hedgerows. After fermentation, it was aged on whole gooseberries combined with a blend of saison and wild yeast strains gives a tart, thirst quenching taste.

Tasting Notes:

Saison L'Hiver 4.2

Brewed with the same base recipe as all the ‘seasonal saisons’ follow, L’Hiver has been infused with hawthorn leaves and berries to give a most wintery feel to the beer – an almost barren taste (in a good way!)
