Chequers Inn

A child friendly pub serving food with WiFi and a garden in Rotherham.

Details

Richard and Jon have worked together now for over 20 years and gained much experience in the catering industry. Together, we're looking to introduce more food and speciality theme nights and make The Chequers the place to eat in Whiston. We have a good selection of homemade dishes on our menu and specials board!!! Good, honest, tasty, value for money food. If you have any particular food requests, please don't be afraid to discuss them with us.

Drinks

	Drink	%	Brewery
	Moonshine	4.3	Abbeydale Brewery Ltd
A multi award winning beer and Champion beer of Yorkshire 2012 Tasting Notes: A beautifully balanced pale straw-coloured premium bitter. Distinctive floral aroma, leading to a predominantly citrus taste, with grapefruit and lemons to the fore. A quenching bitter finish. Our most popular beer!
Sharp's Doom Bar Amber Ale	4.0	Sharp's Brewery Ltd
Doom Bar is a perfectly balanced beer combining subtle yet complex flavours, Doom Bar is both satisfying and deliciously moreish. Tasting Notes: “The aroma of Doom Bar combines an accomplished balance of spicy resinous hop, inviting sweet malt and delicate roasted notes. The mouth feel is a perfectly balanced and complex blend of succulent dried fruit, lightly roasted malty notes and a subtle yet assertive bitterness. The bitterness remains into the finish with dry fruity notes which implore the drinker to go back for more.” Stuart Howe, Head Brewer.
