300s Old Ale 4.9

A classic in the true tradition of old ales. Satisfyingly dark but not impenetrable, good body but not overpowering, with a long pleasing finish.

Tasting Notes: Exceptional balance of premium malt and choice English hops, carrying the unmistakable Chiltern 'stamp'.

Chiltern Ale 3.7

Relatively light in colour, with a creamy smoothness, it has a good definition on the palate and a refreshing, cleansing finish.

Tasting Notes: Grapes, Honey

Chiltern Beechwood Bitter 4.3

Premium quality pale ale malt, with an extra proportion of crystal malt, and increased hops, gives this beer its renowned 'nutty' flavour and punch.

Tasting Notes: Mid amber colour with a rich butter-toffee aroma. Fruity and slightly nutty.

Chiltern Black 3.9

Dark, ruby treacle tones, hints of roast barley and beautifully hopped with a chocolaty aroma.

Tasting Notes:

Chiltern Gold 3.9

This light golden honeyed ale dances across the tongue with summer flavours. Biscuity malt notes and hopped with the rare UK grown Cascade.

Tasting Notes: This beer produces a beautiful citrus & grapefruit aroma and is crisp, refreshing and citrusy.

Copper Beech Autumn Ale 4.4

A moreish, smooth red ale. Slightly sweet and gently hopped - an excellent strong session ale.

Tasting Notes:

Foxtrot 3.9

Dark and irresistibly smooth, complex and cunningly tasty. Bristling with malt and hop character.

Tasting Notes: Dark, mellow, fruity, complex.

Nut Brown Mild 3.9

Luxuriously smooth, dark and subtly sweet with a beautifully balanced hop aroma. Brewed in the style of a classic traditional mild.
