A fruity citrus aroma and a glorious chestnut coloured British ale. Flavours of fruit a hint of roasted malt and a fine bittersweet balance.
Tasting Notes: Fruity, citrus, roasted
Deepest and darkest ruby black in colour, with a pale creamy head, the flavours strike in waves, aniseed, roasted grains, sweetness, bitterness combined and then finally an aniseed aftertaste. A marmite beer, you will love it or hate it!
Tasting Notes: A rich aniseed and roasted aniseed aroma heralds the warming depths of complex and intriguing this porter with a twist.
Brewed with pale, crystal and black malts, this is an amber coloured classic bitter beer.
Tasting Notes: It has a glorious fragrant honey sweet aroma with hints of citrus fruits. Deep malty depths of flavour and hints of marmalade and toffee balanced with a refreshing bitterness combine to produce a satisfying drinkable beer.
This ale has an enticing depth of chestnut colour and a glorious fruity flavour from the blend of US and Czech hops.
Tasting Notes: Fruity
A deep chestnut coloured beer brewed from Maris Otter pale malt, Double Roasted Crystal malt and wheat and hopped with Chinook and Cascade hops.
Tasting Notes: An aroma of fruity aroma and a flavour of toffee, fruit and a hint of roasted malt.
Hoppy very pale ale, a delicate malty slightly grainy flavour is the background to a hoppy flavour and aroma, though not excessive bitterness.
Tasting Notes:
A glorious pale golden ale at 3.8 %ABV. Very light in colour yet full flavoured. Hopped with a blend of US-Slovenian and Czech hops for a delicate but full flavour. a great session beer.
This is a winter warmer. Based on the recipe found in the Tolly Cobbold brewing book.
Tasting Notes: A dark winter ale with good malt and roast aroma. These characteristics are also evident in the initial flavour, along with caramel. The finish is bitter sweet, with a lasting dryness.
Light amber in coloured with a crisp citrus hop flavour and a distinctive dry biscuit flavour. Brewed with lightly roasted malt and hopped with blend of American and Slovenian hops for a punchy flavour.

A strong Pale Ale with a light amber colour. Brewed with lashings of hops to produce a balanced but drinkable strong pale ale, with a prominent floral fruity aroma, a clean malty palate and a satisfying crisp bitter finish.
Tasting Notes: Floral, fruity, malty
Brewed using extra pale malt with a hint of pale Crystal and hopped using an American hop called Simcoe. Fresh fruity zesty and citrus hop flavours give a burst of refreshment, all backed by a rounded malt flavour and spicy bitter finish.

Brewed with malted Wheat and Rye. This mid amber coloured ale has bags of zesty hops flavour from the blend of Goldings Target and Cascade hops.
A 4.2 % ABV golden ale. Brewed with pale and extra pale malt and a small amount of wheat, and in the copper, they use a blend of US and Slovenian hops for a light floral flavour and aroma, with a crisp bitter finish.
Tasting Notes: Floral, crisp, bitter
Deep ruby in colour with a gentle warming fruity aroma with a hint of hoppy floral character.
Tasting Notes: The first flavour is a fruity warmth followed by dark toffee character with by hints of roasted flavours. The finish is crisp spicy bitterness. Deep complex and satisfying.
