American styled India Pale Ale that is big, resinous and stoked with amazing fresh hops.

Tasting Notes: Copper coloured with a strong malt body and alcohol content allows us to lash hops at it and create a beer worth sending on a stormy voyage.

Session strength pale brewed to showcase the great American hop – Amarillo

Tasting Notes: Amber malt is added to the mash to give an extra dimension and a biscuit base, then the zesty orange and pithy bitterness from the Amarillo takes you for a ride.

Awesome hops, wicked malts and some balls to the wall wizardry make this a dark, light beer!

Tasting Notes: A dark and rich blend of six varieties of malt provides the base for the locally ground Arabica coffee beans to stand up and shout flavour

Two-tone, toe-tapping, taste bud-tantalising ten-malt-porter.

Tasting Notes: Monstrous amounts of fresh malts create a beer as black as the earl of hell to which some big piney hops are added to give a robust bitter finish. Quite often this beer can be aged in a barrel with some varying special ingredient.
