A pleasant amber bitter with a slight hop aroma, a good balance of malt and hops in the mouth and a bitter aftertaste.
Tasting Notes:
Black Swan is brewed with 4 different types of malt: Brown Malt - Malted Wheat and Pin Head Oats from a water mill in Blair Atholl - and lots of Maris Otter Malt. We used Willamette hops in the Hop Back and Goldings hops into the Copper.

Tasting Notes: Golden colour with a citrus flavor followed by a rounded malt finish
Nutty aroma with toffee and a trace of orange fruit. Sweetish, chewy, cereal malt flavour with an earthy edge and decent bitter finish
150 will be available exactly 150 years on from Founders Ale which was brewed on the 27th May 1865.
Malt dominates over bitterness in the subtle flavour of this premium bitter, which has a hint of fruit and a dry, malty finish.
