As the name suggests this is a very dark, red hued beer. Classed as a strong Mild with a deceptively smooth, chocolaty taste.
Tasting Notes: Made from Pale, Crystal and Chocolate malts with torrefied wheat. Single hopped with Progress hops and late hopped with Northdown for aroma.
A very light citrus beer, a thirst-quencher! Made from pale malt and torrefied wheat. Bobek and Progress hops give this beer its citrus taste. Late-hopped with Bobek for aroma.
Tasting Notes:
Brewed in the manner of a "traditional style bitter" Made from Pale and Crystal malt with torrefied wheat. Single-hopped with Northdown hops and late-hopped with Progress for aroma.
As the name suggests a traditional beer fairly light in colour but with a hoppy finish. Made from Pale and Crystal malts with torrefied wheat. Single-hopped with Challenger and late-hopped with Goldings for aroma.
