Rich mahogany colour, smooth, richly fruity and balanced. Brewed with a blend of US hops – Cascade, Chinook, Cluster, Columbus and Willamette.
Tasting Notes:
Cloudy, hoppy Weizen with Apollo, Bravo and Galena hops. This is a genuine German style Weizen with the hops of an American IPA.
Tasting Notes: Light, refreshing and extremely fruity as the hops balance the banana and clove notes from the German yeast. This beer is naturally cloudy because it is unrefined and thus suitable for vegans.
Golden ale brewed with Nelson Sauvin hops from New Zealand and Topaz from Australia. Dry hopped with Topaz. The hops combine to give gooseberry and tropical fruit flavours.
Tasting Notes: Tropical, fruity
Black as the coal mined from beneath the brewery Black Jesus is a black IPA brewed with biblical quantities of premium American hops and special dehusked German roasted malt.
Brewed with the finest British Maris Otter malted barley and a touch of wheat malt for a rich, golden, satisfying ale hopped with a blend of English and Slovenian hops for a zesty finish.
Very pale Yorkshire style session beer brewed with English and Slovenian hops and dry hopped with Chinook for an extra luscious aroma.
This clean, golden ale packs a hoppy, resinous punch from the addition of lashings of American Columbus hops late in the boil and during fermentation.
Tasting Notes: Clean, hoppy, resinous
A light, golden ale showcasing the extremely popular Citra hop variety from America. Very refreshing and satisfying, packed with resinous and fruity flavours.
Dark, silky smooth session bitter brewed with copious quantities of finest English chocolate and crystal malts whose richness is balanced to perfection by the subtle bitterness and hints of berries from the addition of whole English hop flowers.
Tasting Notes: Dark And Very Enjoyable
Refreshing pale ale with low to moderate bitterness and tons of fruity hop flavours and aromas.
IPA with a blend of 8 hop varieties from Germany, Poland, the US and New Zealand.
A pale, light and hoppy thirstquencher brewed with Cascade, Mount Hood and Chinook hops and dry hopped with Columbus.
Tasting Notes: Light, hoppy
Part of the popular 4.5% single hop range, US Mount Hood hops from start to finish to give a refined spicy aroma and a clean bitter taste.
Tasting Notes: Spicy, clean, bitter
Traditional mahogany coloured session bitter with subtle yet exotic hop aromas.
Patrick is a fairly sweet Stout brewed with Ireland in mind. It’s extremely dark in colour with a tight off white head.
Tasting Notes: A blend of six malts including English Maris Otter gives it a substantial mouthfeel and subtle hopping with English Pilgrim and Goldings give a smooth roasty flavour. There’s a subtle smokiness in the finish which makes this an extremely satisfying pint, although it has yet to drive any snakes out of Ireland!
Tradditional dark porter made with English Maris Otter malt and lightly hopped with whole English hops. Deliciously smooth and satisfying and a great alternative to mass produced keg stouts.
Very pale, hoppy session ale with delicate bitterness and loads of fruity hop flavour and aromas from a unique blend of eight different hops. A delicious, refreshing low ABV ale, perfect for a session!
Pale IPA with good bitterness using lots of American Columbus, Chinook, Cascade and Citra for flavour and aroma and dry hopped during fermentation with Columbus, Willamette and Cascade.
Unfined complex flavoured wheat stout.
This golden IPA has low to moderate bitterness and very distinctive tropical fruit notes from the premium American hops used in its production. Smooth, hoppy goodness.
Very dark mild brewed with addition of chocolate and black malt. Beautiful chocolatey, roasty flavours dominate this classic dark mild.
Strong IPA with a blend of US hops – Citra, Simcoe, Cascade, Chinook and Amarillo. Strong West Coast USA influence, low bitterness, tons of fruity flavours and aromas balance a solid malt backbone.
Rich bronze collaboration brew with Steel City Brewery from Sheffield. Highly hopped including specially imported “craft” Simcoe twigs from the US.
