Cloudy, hoppy Weizen with Apollo, Bravo and Galena hops. This is a genuine German style Weizen with the hops of an American IPA.

Tasting Notes: Light, refreshing and extremely fruity as the hops balance the banana and clove notes from the German yeast. This beer is naturally cloudy because it is unrefined and thus suitable for vegans.

Golden ale brewed with Nelson Sauvin hops from New Zealand and Topaz from Australia. Dry hopped with Topaz. The hops combine to give gooseberry and tropical fruit flavours.

Tasting Notes: Tropical, fruity

Traditional mahogany coloured session bitter with subtle yet exotic hop aromas.

Tasting Notes:

Patrick 4.8

Patrick is a fairly sweet Stout brewed with Ireland in mind. It’s extremely dark in colour with a tight off white head.

Tasting Notes: A blend of six malts including English Maris Otter gives it a substantial mouthfeel and subtle hopping with English Pilgrim and Goldings give a smooth roasty flavour. There’s a subtle smokiness in the finish which makes this an extremely satisfying pint, although it has yet to drive any snakes out of Ireland!

Porter 4.5

Tradditional dark porter made with English Maris Otter malt and lightly hopped with whole English hops. Deliciously smooth and satisfying and a great alternative to mass produced keg stouts.

Tasting Notes:
