Great Stone Inn

A child friendly pub serving food with WiFi in Birmingham.

The Great Stone is in a quiet residential area of Northfield. As it has been here for hundreds of years, it is a traditional pub with a fantastic beer garden. We are able to offer something for everyone and have a good reputation and offer a safe and secure environment, aiming hard to give our customers a reason to visit time and again. We offer a great range of drinks, cask ales, meals and entertainment. The Stone, at the heart of the local community, really is a place to visit. In 2010, we won an award for ‘best managed house’ and 2011 ‘best community pub in the East and West Midlands’, in the Great British Pub awards.

HPA 4.0 Wye Valley Brewery Ltd

HPA is an easy-going real ale that brings people together. Our brewers have let locally grown Target and Celeia hops hang out with Maris Otter pale malt to give this understated brew its pale straw colour, citrus hop aroma and a balanced bitter finish.

Tasting Notes: HPA is a truly delightful pale ale. It’s smooth on the palate, and boasts a citrus hop aroma leading to a balanced bitter finish. Locally grown Target and Celeia hops play an important part in making this such a distinctive beer. With Maris Otter pale malt and malted wheat also being used, this is very much a pale ale with all the right ingredients.

Sebright 3.8 The Hop Shed

A straw-coloured ale with fruity hop aromas and flavours from Endeavour and First Gold hops. A quenching beer. Appeals to lager drinkers as well as beer lovers.
