The Green Dragon has won awards for live music and real ale – we’re in the Good Beer Guide every year! We serve quality pub grub, with our Sunday roast particularly popular. Through the day, the atmosphere is chilled and friendly – there is plenty to do, with board games,books on the shelves and a pool table. Children are very welcome at the Dragon: we have a kids’ menu and a baby-change facility. At the weekend, the vibe is more lively, with our DJs playing a fabulous eclectic mix, with something to please everyone.

Cowcatcher 4.8 East London Brewing Company

Named after the grille at the front of the old US steam trains, is an American Pale Ale, generously hopped and full bodied. Refreshing and a great summer beer.

Tasting Notes: Floral, citrus, mango, American Pale Ale (APA)
Guardsman 4.2 Windsor & Eton Brewery

This beer is a classic English Best Bitter, brewed with premium floor malted Maris Otter and traditional whole leaf hops including Fuggles and Goldings.

Tasting Notes: A lovely copper- coloured session strength ale with a tangy taste. The distinctive hop aroma is derived from use of both late hop additions and also a hop-back.
Heart & Soul 4.4 Vocation Brewery

Created to have all the hoppy goodness of an IPA, but brewed to a sessionable strength. Its intense fruit-salad character comes from generous additions of US West Coast hops.

Tasting Notes: A full bodied and fruity beer, with notes of passion fruit, grapefruit, gooseberry, pineapple & mango
