Tasting Notes: Made with 8 malts and 3 English hops, this is a gentle, fruity, rounded ale with a difference. To evoke memories of drinking Best Bitter whilst watching local bonfire parades, we use a touch of malt that is smoked over beech wood to lend a faint smokiness to the nose and finish. A balanced bitterness keeps you coming back for more.
Dark and delicious, a rich jet black milk stout made with a combination barley, oats, wheat and roasted chocolate malts. The result is a satisfying balance of coffee, vanilla and chocolate notes and a full malt base. One to be savored.
Tasting Notes: Chocolate, roasted, coffee, vanilla
A classic American Pale Ale brewed using a combination of very pale malts and American hops. Vibrant, refreshing and zesty on the nose, with citrus notes and a dry finish on the palate. A beer for hop lovers.
Tasting Notes: Refreshing, zesty, citrus, dry
A refreshing extra pale session ale, brewed using Sussex spring water, extra pale malts and an indecent amount of zesty, floral, oh so delicious hops.
Tasting Notes: Zesty, floral
Tasting Notes: India Pale Ale: Steeped in history; forgotten, then rediscovered and reinvigorated by Craft Brewers in America. Ours is a modern take on this old style, where a rounded malt body meets an avalanche of hops. Mango, lychee and grapefruit are the flavours here, all balanced by an assertive bitterness
