Black IPA has been dry hopped with a large amount of some of our favourite hops followed by adding a generous amount of Earl Grey leaf to the fermentation tank to infuse.
Tasting Notes: Grapefruit, zesty and forest fruit aromas with a light bitter dark malt & subtle bergamot aftertaste. The blend provides the beer with a well balanced complex aroma and taste.
Blanche was brewed in collaboration with Mala Gissona Brewery, San Sebastian.
Tasting Notes: This Belgium White style beer has been infused with coriander, orange zest and ginger to produce a fruity, sweet and spicy blanche.
A highly sessionable light bodied table pale. Dry hopped with Waimea and Cascade.
Tasting Notes: Expect bright citrus flavours combining with a subtle malt presence and juicy finish
Geist Weiss or Ghost White is a dry hopped German styled cloudy Wheat beer.
Tasting Notes: This beer mixes the hop-character and brewing techniques of an India Pale Ale with the wheat base and spice additions of a German Weiss beer, perfect as a refreshing thirst quencher during the summer months.
A unfiltered, unpasteurised lager with a difference. San Francisco Lager yeast is fermented at ale temperatures to release delicate fruity esters, whilst Vienna malt is used to give the beer a hint of sweetness.
Tasting Notes:
This Red Ale is brewed with a mix of English and German malts giving the beer a taste of berry and caramel and a deep ruby appearance
Tasting Notes: Cascade, Bramling Cross, Columbus, Chinook & Northern Brewer gives off an aroma of grapefruit, pine and earthy hop and a medium to high bitterness.
A session pale ale with a variety of fruity and aromatic hops from around the globe. The malt and hop combination creates an interesting flavourful thirst-quenching beer.
A refreshing IPA with six different hops from the US and New Zealand giving a complex citrus aroma. The subtle sweet malt flavour balances the fresh bitterness.

In 1938 the original Hammerton Brewery was famous for being the first in the world to use Oysters as part of the brewing process. In this recipe there is a variety of flavoursome malts, including a good dose of oats.
