Hereford Brewery

A brewery in Hereford.

I started brewing beer in 2000 at The Spinning Dog Brewery, located to the rear of the Victory pub in Hereford. The brewery was named after Cassie my dog who chased her tail and was a little daft (hence the name) although she has sadly since passed away. I am a proud Herefordian and have decided after ten years of brewing in the city I have earned the right to call my brewery The Hereford Brewery
