The Heron- a new build in 2000, was designed to service the needs of the local community of Heron Hill and surrounding area's.The management has altered somewhat since that time, and the present tenants have settled in quite well, with both local communities, and within the general services of the premises itself.There are usually 3 award winning cask ales on sale at any one time, as well as lagers, stouts and ciders, and the well trained staff are polite, courteous and welcoming when you enter either the pub or the restaurant areas from any of the 3 available entrances, 2 of which are disabled friendly ramps.
