Barney's Brew 5.0

Named after Barney Hughes, the Belfast master baker, the creator of The Belfast Bap and 19th century philanthropist. This beer was originally produced to mark the 200th anniversary of Barney’s birth.

Tasting Notes: This straw coloured beer is produced with malted barley, a predominantly wheat grist and spiced with cardamom, coriander and black pepper.

Belfast Blonde 4.3

A light, crisp tasting pale beer with a pleasant and distinct hop character lingering at the end.

Tasting Notes: Crisp, hoppy

Buck's Head 7.2

Buck’s Head Double IPA is all about what’s great in the world of craft beer.

Tasting Notes: Buck’s Head has big, bold flavours from the malt, a distinctive hop character and good level of bitterness. Hilden has become known for beautifully balanced beers and this is no exception.

Headless Dog 4.2

A pale hoppy ale produced with North American Cascade hops and Munich malt. This ale is named after the graffiti image of a headless Labrador on the old brewhouse wall.

Tasting Notes: Hoppy

Hilden Halt 6.1

A premium, traditional Irish red ale, this special reserve is named after the local train stop, which used to service the old Barbour linen mill behind Hilden House.

Tasting Notes: Hilden Halt has a malty, mild hop flavour and medium bitterness.

Irish Stout 4.3

A beer synonymous with Ireland, Hilden Irish Stout is as Irish as shamrocks, but a lot more tasty.

Tasting Notes: A full bodied flavour, with a classic complex combination of roasted barley and hops to give the mature taste appreciated by so many.

Pale Oat Ale 4.8

This golden beer in the style of an American Pale Ale. The full hoppy notes in the aroma and flavour are complemented by the unusual addition of oats, creating a complexity to the character.

Tasting Notes: Oaty, hoppy

Red Rye 4.8

Generously hopped with American and European varieties, delivering a hoppy aroma and bitterness, balanced by its rye and blend of malts.

Tasting Notes:

Twisted Hop 4.7

Twisted Hop is a strong premium pale ale made with late Galaxy hops from Australia, which pack a powerful punch. Then balanced with plenty of Brewer’s Gold from Germany, this ale is all about the hops!

Tasting Notes: An Irish classic with lots of aroma, bitterness and hop flavour.
