A ruby-coloured ale with a strong hoppy bitterness to counter its 9.2% alcohol by volume.
Tasting Notes:
The beer is a complex blend of fine pale malt combined with crystal malt, caramalt and a touch of chocolate malt, giving the beer a ruby colour.
Tasting Notes: Generously hopped it with 100% East Kent Goldings hops in the boil and at the finish, giving it loads of hoppy flavour and aroma.
Broadland Sunrise is a red-orange ale brewed with the addition of rye, with a citrus hop bouquet and a crisp refreshing finish.
An amber beer with a distinctive hoppy finish.
This Christmas seasonal is a beautifully balanced strong brown ale
Tasting Notes: The balance of malty mouthfeel, a hint of caramel and a blend of English and American hopping make this a very easy drinking beer for its gravity.
Amber best bitter with a massive dry-hop addition of Amarillo hops for a citrussy hop bouquet
Golden Gorse is a completely new beer. At 5.4% abv, they’re calling it a Norfolk Blonde Ale.
Tasting Notes: Very light in colour and with a balanced hoppy finish, this one can be served a bit cooler than usual. It’s a lovely refreshing drink; the perfect substitute for a pint of lager.
Hop Harvest Gold, a refreshing and deceptively drinkable golden ale at 5.0% abv.
Amber-coloured and with a hint of fruit in the nose, the flavour starts sweet before a long dry finish.
Humpty Dumpty Porter is a traditional London-style Porter using chocolate & black malts for a full roast aroma with hints of liquorice on the tongue and a dry, bitter finish.
A low strength special ale.
Refreshing golden ale with a Cascade hop fragrance
A dark session bitter with a large crystal malt addition offset by a strong hopping with Target and Challenger hops.
A sweet plummy fruitiness blankets an underlying malty bitterness. Full and rich in flavour, the aftertaste develops an increasing malt bias that does not fade.
A well-balanced golden ale with a hint of pineapple fruit palate. Hops and fruit leave a bitter-sweet finish.
Swallowtail is a light and refreshing summer seasonal with a balanced bitter finish.
Brewed with dark malts, roasted barley and a small addition of oats, the beer is a full-bodied smooth stout with a flavour balanced between roasty notes and a refreshing hop palate with a light brown and frothy head.
The King John, an amber IPA at 4.5%abv. It’s a full-bodied ale with lots of late-hop goodness to it.
