A malted chestnut toned beer with notes of roasted barley and chocolate.
Tasting Notes: Barley, chocolate
A refreshing light golden brew from pale ale malt and malted wheat with a clean crisp taste.
Tasting Notes:
A balanced hoppy brew with a full malted body.
An intensely dark beer using pale malt, crystal malt, chocolate malt, oats and malted wheat. Hops are added in 3 stages to create a prominent bitterness and hop aroma.
Tasting Notes: Chocolate, coffee, liquorice, aniseed, grapefruit.
Initial malt sweetness balanced by bitterness, light toffee notes followed by a lingering secondary bitterness hit that is refreshing rather than overwhelming.
Tasting Notes: Clean, slightly woody, slight hints of spice.
A beer true to the traditional style of IPA but with some contemporary elements. The beer is 5% abv which enables it to be enjoyed by the pint as well as in bottle.
Tasting Notes: Refreshing citrus notes well balanced by the smooth honeyed malt backbone.
A delightful Scottish beer inspired by a story from a 1847 brewing book about a beer that is “clear and very brisk, and, consequently, very agreeable to the palate."
Tasting Notes: Caramel, toffee and cocoa from the malts. A smooth, dry finish with dark malt astringency.
