Drink % Brewery
Best Bitter 3.8 Black Sheep Brewery Plc

The original stalwart of the Black Sheep range. First brewed in 1992, Best Bitter is the iconic Yorkshire Bitter devised and created to offer beer with real flavour and bite. A different breed

Tasting Notes: Brewed with whole flower English hops, Best Bitter packs a genuine spiky bitterness with big character. Challenger, Goldings and Fuggle hops blend to create a beautiful aroma and flavour with kicks of grassy freshness and a big peppery punch. The Maris Otter malt offers a light sweetness that balances against those big bitter characters.

John Smiths Extra Smooth 3.6 John Smith's Brewery

John Smith’s Extra Smooth was launched in 1993 and is now the nation's number 1 ale.

Tasting Notes: The boffins say it has a distinct cereal character, with malty, caramel notes being complemented by some fruitiness. But we just think it’s a right good pint.

Old Golden Hen 4.1 Greene King PLC

A light and refreshing golden beer with subtle tropical fruit notes, and a deliciously smooth finish.

Tasting Notes: Light Gold in colour with a subtle tropical taste and smooth finish.

Old Speckled Hen 4.5 Greene King PLC

A distinctive rich malty taste bursting with toffee character, fruity aroma and deliciously smooth.

Tasting Notes: Auburn Copper in colour with a distinctive malty and toffee taste.

Tetley's Cask Ale 3.6 Carlsberg UK Ltd

After nearly two centuries of perfecting the brewing process, the name Tetley’s is synonymous with a smooth, tasty pint created from a perfect combination of traditional and modern brewing techniques.

Tasting Notes: Tetley's Cask is an amber Cask Ale first brewed in Leeds in 1822, which has roasted caramel bitter sweetness balanced with distinctly aromatic smooth hoppy flavours and a lingering dry bitter finish
