Flying Ruck 4.1

A blend of Junga, Magnum, Columbus and Calypso hops give a international flavour while the maltiness is balanced by dry, citrusy, pine hop aroma.

Herm Island Gold 4.2

The beer is 4.2% alcohol and light-golden in colour, as the name suggests.

Liberation 145 5.4

A special brew to commemorate 145 years of brewing in the channel islands.

Tasting Notes: This unique ale is a distinct English IPA with double the hop. Full and malty with distinct roasted notes on the palate leading to a perfectly balanced strong hop finish.

Liberation Ale 4.0

The award-winning ale is a golden beer brewed with the finest Maris Otter and lager malt. Golding hops are used for bitterness, while Syrian Goldings and Hallertau Hersbrucker hops provide aroma.

Tasting Notes: Liberation Ale is a well-balanced and morish beer with a hint of citrus on the nose. It is the perfect accompaniment to seafood, pasta and salads and none more so than when local produce is used.

Liberation Ambree 4.2

Ambree (4.2% ABV) is amber in colour with a distinct hoppy character from Amarillo, Galena and Chinook hop from the US.

Tasting Notes: The fruity/zestiness is balanced by a well rounded biscuit fullness and at 4.2% ABV it is moreish!

Liberation Bailiwick Best 3.6

Balliwick Best is brewed using a blend of the finest Maris Otter and Chocolate malts, this dark bitter ale has a pronounced chocolate character.

Tasting Notes: Balliwick Best (3.6% ABV) Brewed using a blend of the finest Maris Otter and Chocolate malts, this dark bitter ale has a pronounced chocolate character. The well-rounded bitterness is perfectly balanced by a floral aroma derived from English Fuggles and Goldings hops and drinks fuller than its ABV would suggest. Available in selected pubs, bars and eateries in Guernsey.

Liberation Blonde 3.8

Blonde (3.8% ABV) A very light lager style beer brewed with Tettnang and Saaz continental hops to give a thirst-quenching subtle product ideal for the Summer month.

Tasting Notes: Grapefruit, zesty, sweet, fruity

Liberation Christmas Ale 4.8

The easy-drinking beer has a rich, ruby red colour and is especially good enjoyed with winter warming meals and mince pies.

Tasting Notes: Christmas Ale (4.8% ABV) features all the ingredients you would expect to find in a Christmas pudding recipe. The recipe includes orange zest, mixed spice, raisins, currents and sultanas. The brew will be stored in casks which have been rubbed with Black Butter to allow the flavours to develop. The easy-drinking beer has a rich, ruby red colour and is especially good enjoyed with winter warming meals and mince pies. Available at Christmas.

Liberation Craft Lager 3.8

Liberation Brewery’s Blonde Craft Beer (3.8%) is a sparkling light and refreshing beer, brewed in the craft style.

Tasting Notes: The lager malt provides a hint of biscuit with an aromatic citric hop arising from the blend of Saaz and Hallertau varieties. Blonde is a well balanced, easy drinking beer, best served chilled.

Liberation I.P.A. 5.2

Liberation IPA (5.2% ABV) a traditional India Pale Ale is a rich golden Bitter, mashed with Maris Otter and Crystal malts.

Tasting Notes: A coriander style citric hop is derived from the finest New Zealand hops Motueka and Nelson Sauvin, leaving a crisp balanced finish.

Best Bitter (3.6% ABV) was born and brewed in the Channel Islands. She is a traditional beer, which has been produced in the islands for more than 130 years.

Tasting Notes: Brewed using a blend of the finest Maris Otter and Chocolate malts, this dark bitter ale has a pronounced chocolate character. The well-rounded bitterness is perfectly balanced by a floral aroma derived from English Fuggles and goldings hops and drinks fuller than its ABV would suggest.

Mary Ann Special is pale ale with a sweet, fruity taste with malty/biscuity undertones provided by the use of crystal malt.

Tasting Notes: Mary Ann Special (4.5%) is pale ale with a sweet, fruity taste with malty/biscuity undertones provided by the use of crystal malt. The balanced after-palate is of subtle fragrant bitterness provided by a blend of finest English and European hops. This beer has a full but rounded character.

Liberation Noire 4.8

The Channel Islands Winter Oatmeal stout

Tasting Notes: Another unique blend of Oatmeal stout malt and chocolate malt (with some actual chocolate added) and the presence of another new hop Galena is going to make this dark winter stout a real winner on those cold winter nights.

Liberation Pale Ale 4.2

Our pale ale is a golden pale ale with a distinct lemon/orange and tropical fruit palate, balanced by a pleasing maltiness leading to a long dry finish.

Liberation Pilsner 3.8

This easy-drinking, straw-coloured cask larger uses UK Pilsner malt as well as only UK hops.

Tasting Notes: It has a floral lemon aroma and a clean, crisp and moderately sweet flavour.

Pony (3.6% ABV) A refreshing traditional pale ale made using a blend of the finest Maris Otter malt and wheat malt, with a well rounded bitterness and aroma derived from English Goldings and Fuggles hops.
