Mile Oak Inn

A child friendly pub serving food with Sky TV and WiFi in Brighton.

The Mile Oak Inn was built in the mid 1950's. Over the years it has had only a handful of landlords, including Brighton Tigers' ice hockey stars Bobby Lee & Gib Hutchinson. For over thirty years Mick Goble has been landlord of The Mile Oak with his wife Louise.

The ‘Mile Oak Inn’ is in the heart of the Mile Oak community; we support and sponsor many local groups, clubs and societies.

The pub is split into three bars, a sports bar which has two pool tables, a dartboard and a 5 foot plasma TV showing sporting events.

The middle bar has a relaxed atmosphere and a great place to meet up and chat.

The function room is used throughout the week for meetings and parties and on a Sunday it is used as a restaurant for our amazing Sunday roasts.

Our outdoor area and garden is open all year round and is the perfect place for a cold beer in the summer. We have a huge childrens activity area in the garden to keep the children amused and the garden is wheelchair accessible from car park.

On bank holidays we have bbq's and a bouncy castle..... keep an eye on our 'what's on' section for details.
