1924 is one of our oldest cask beers and a true crowd favourite. Throughout this year we've put more focus into making this beer even better and in our opinion, it's never tasted better than it does now. As with every beer, there's a lengthy process when it comes to its name. But 1924 has more than a meaning behind its name, in fact, it's quite a story... It involves a man named George Mallory, a Mobberley legend and quite possibly the first person to ever reach the summit of Everest.

Some of you might remember that Sidekick used to be called a New World Pale and was originally 4.0%, oh how times have changed. Since 2019 we have been determined to ensure that Sidekick exemplifies sessionability with the most famous of hops, Citra.
Tasting Notes: Sidekick isn't a citra bomb, there's no overpowering hop sensations here, just pure balance between hop and malt that has you sipping again and again. With Sidekick you can expect a real hoppy aroma and a citra-forward hop taste, that then follows with an evenly balanced malt base.
Deep Ruby Winter Ale that provides a warming spicy bitterness balanced with sweetness from the chocolate malt. Providing the illusion of dark chocolate, fruit and nut.
