Tasting Notes:
We could've called any of our beers morish, but once a name sticks, that's it. With a bit of hindsight Ish could've been an Ish Pale Ale, but we brewed an IPA, that's an India Pale Ale, not Ish India Pale Ale, or IIPA, which again is another beer altogether. To avoid any confusion, we named it twice. MòR Ish! our Caledonian IPA.
Tasting Notes: Traditional IPA, bitter, hoppy, with a dry caramel finish. Or in one word, morish!
Dundee, maybe forever known as the city of Jute, Jam and Journalism. Lots of things have been invented in Dundee, like our marmalade inspired pale ale and postage stamps, but unfortunately morse code wasn't one of them.
Tasting Notes: Classic pale ale bursting with orange and lemon hop flavour, with a delicate honey bouquet and subtle malty finish.
To brew our Best, we use the best water, best malt, best hops, the best vicar, well not really, and there's no tea in this Best either, but if we did, it would be the best.
Tasting Notes: Malt forward, fruity floral aromas and a distinctive bitterness, come together for an easy drinking Best Bitter.
Descended from a long line of Stouts, or was it televised witches? Well, there's nothing spooky about this beer, and there's certainly no witchcraft involved, apart from the magic of fermentation.
Tasting Notes: Smooth Ruby Stout; winter hedgerow fruit and rich vanilla notes, with a clean finish.
