Tasting Notes: The subtle blend of aroma and bittering hops give a crispness on the tongue which is delicately fruity, giving way to some dryness. The inclusion of flaked maize in the grist subtly hints at crisp corn flavours.

A beautiful dark beer with a subtle red tint. With its burnt roasted barley taste and sweet bitterness this beer has a different, very pleasurable taste.

This is a Pale Ale brewed with two specially selected hops, Sovereign and Nelson Sauvin from New Zealand.

A medium, still cider

Tasting Notes: That all-important first sip delivers the full bittersweet richness of cider apples, followed by the lingering sweetness of ripe fruit, including notes of the dark autumn berries from the hedgerow.

This medium/dry Real Cider is handmade in West Berkshire from a variety of apples from the counties of Berkshire Oxfordshire Hampshire Somerset and Gloucestershire. The blend of apples used are eaters cookers crabs and dedicated Cider apples.

Tasting Notes: This crisp full-bodied refreshing Cider may be enjoyed on any occasion to accompany a meal or on its own. Made from 100% juice with no added water. Bottles are naturally carbonated due to bottle conditioning, draught "bag in box" is still.

Mid golden and straw-like in colour, Old Rosie is a cloudy, medium-bodied fruity cider that has a wonderful aroma of wild berry-fruits, honey and vintage cider-barrels.
